On Tyranny: Twenty Lessons from the Twentieth Century - Timothy Snyder

Everyone should read this. It is interesting how Snyder does not, refuses even, to refer to Trump by name. He is simply the president (in lower case). Snyder stresses the importance of knowledge and how information should come from more than media. The twenty steps are vitally important and it is terrifying how many similarities he draws to the Nazi era.
